It is a Myth that aging automatically means the body falls apart.
It is our belief in this myth and lack of self-care that legitimizes it.
If you struggle to feel fluidity in your body, if tension is taking over, if movements you used to be able to do are out of reach, then you are in the right place.
Whether your goals are to do with creating more agility, releasing stress, building confidence, or creating a deeper relationship with self, we will find YOUR route to a happier and more powerful existence.
I'll teach you:
Breathing techniques that will calm and energize the body.
Yoga movements that are accessible and effective at rediscovering the body's natural ease.
Meditative exercises to relieve stress and develop a deeper sense of self-love.
*As my student you will have access to a private Facebook group where you'll find videos and inspiration to continue your practice outside of class. Practicing throughout the week even a few minutes a day will lead to dramatic changes in the way your body feels and how you experience your life. This is made easy with follow along videos, support from a group of like-minded women, and positive inspiration.

Fun Facts About Meryl
Jacquelyn Meryl Sykes was born in Orlando, Florida. She was raised in Brooklyn, NY as Meryl, her parents dropping her namesake to avoid confusion with her mother Jacquelyn. She made her way back to the sunshine state in 2015.
She played Violin, Viola, and Piano before pursuing acting and then discovering yoga and completing a masters of Social Work, which she shares with her mother as well.
Meryl discovered yoga in a small surfing town called Nosara in beautiful Costa Rica.
She used to smoke cigarettes, drink coke at breakfast, and "make fun" of people that went to the gym. If there was hope for her, there's hope for you. (haha)
Her favorite book is Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts but she most often read books about well-being and self-improvement. She likes reading about manifestation, money mindsets, and energy work.
